For all international times, please allow up to 14 days for your package to reach us, then a further 5 working days for refunds to be processed.

If something is not quite right you’ve got 14 days to send back your items for FREE for a full refund. All we ask is that items are in an unused, unaltered condition and returned with their tags and packaging. To find out how to return, please follow the steps in the ‘How do I return my items?’ section.
Items purchased in our Black Friday Sale are not eligible for the extended Christmas returns policy.
We do not accept returns on any underwear garments. (Including socks)

Items purchased between December 1st – 24th of December 2023 are eligible to be returned until the 14th of January 2024.

Once you’ve sent your items back to us, REFUNDS ARE ISSUED ONLY AFTER WE RECEIVE THE ITEM. FROM THE TIME YOU SEND YOUR ITEM BACK, It can take up to 14 days for your return to reach us, AND APPROXIMATELY 7-10 ADDITIONAL DAYS TO PROCESS THE RETURN. If you haven’t received your refund in this timeframe, please email BILLIONPESOS@GMAIL.COM so we can investigate this for you.
